When Leighton proposed to Olivia inside the Ole Miss Stadium, they knew they had to have a vintage-inspired wedding infused with military tradition.  After all, Olivia is a history major, and Leighton is an officer in the Army.

The bride and groom chose to have the wedding ceremony at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, where the bride’s grandfather was able to conduct the wedding ceremony.

Following the ceremony, they traveled to Carnton Plantation for the reception, where Olivia surprised Leighton with his groom’s cake.  It was a 3D replica of Ole Miss Stadium, made of Jack Daniel’s-flavored German chocolate chip cake with bourbon-flavored frosting.  The cake was inspired by one of the groom’s favorite drinks.  The bride herself had a tower of cupcakes in chapagne, Italian cream, and other wedding flavors.

Like with all good weddings, they danced the night away.  And when asked, Olivia and Leighton say they had so much fun on their wedding day that they wouldn’t change a thing.
