{Virginia} Blush + Blueberry Vineyard Wedding

The Lovely Find, wedding blog, weddings in the South, Virginia weddings, Aaron Watson PhotographyAaron Watson Photography captured the to die for ballerina inspiration shoot we featured recently — see it {here}.  He’s back on The Lovely Find today, and we have the honor of showcasing a wedding that’s as pretty as can be.  A vintage chic pink and navy theme is echoed throughout the lovely vineyard venue — crates of blueberries rest on each reception table, nestled close to fluffy white peonies and pink roses.  Branch elements woven through each centerpiece, dark wood Chiavari chairs, and even a “wish tree” in lieu of a traditional guest book highlight the architecture of Veritas Vineyard and Winery.  We can’t leave it at that without letting you in on the most fun part of this wedding — something that we love, love, love: the wine box ceremony.  As part of the wedding ceremony, the couple had already written secret love letters to one another.  They placed those, along with two glasses and wine, into a box.  They each took turns symbolically hammering the box shut, promising to not open the box to read the love letters unless their marriage one day becomes in jeopardy.  Wine lovers, are you getting all of this?  We just love it.
