{North Carolina} Amanda + Geoff in Love

north carolina engagement inspiration“Geoff and I met in November of 2006.  A new restaurant had just opened up and was in the process of staffing.  We were both hired and started training.  He introduced himself to me, and all I could think was how handsome he was!  Part of the training was for the servers to wait on each other, to get good practice in before the store’s grand opening.  I was standing outside with the other servers, because the host stand had to practice seating, when I spotted Geoff again.  I walked over to him and asked if he wanted to sit with me.  He said yes and we had our dinner together in front of the fireplace.  So romantic!…
