{South Carolina} A Lowcountry Wedding by Paige Winn Photo
We kind of {totally} have an ongoing crush for Paige Winn Photo. And when a gorgeous lowcountry wedding comes our way, it’s nearly impossible for us to deny it… so we didn’t! Beautiful and located at Charleston’s Historic Rice Mill Building, this wedding is the perfect combination of traditional, lovely, and an oh so pretty representation of South Carolina weddings, y’all. We love the subdued color palette of green, pink and yellow, and the bride and groom are just blissfully happy.
{Alabama} A Southern Wedding by Chanterelle Photography
This Alabama southern wedding by Chanterelle Photography is the bee’s knees, y’all. From her ethereal wedding veil to the beautifully classic bouquet of white blooms she carried, we’re kind of in love with Courtney and Greg’s traditional Fountainview Mansion wedding day. The calligraphy on their invites, the tall centerpieces of hydrangea and white rose, and the “something blue” that wrapped around Courtney’s bouquet are just the beginning of all the southern goodness.
{Virginia} A Southern Military Wedding by Rachael Foster Photography
We hare in love with the military wedding goodness Rachael Foster Photography was able to capture in Virginia. The bride and groom combined traditional wedding elements with family heirlooms — a garter made by the bride’s mama, a family locket, and photos of both families. The groom’s cake was an ode to his military career, and the gorgeous stained glass windows of the church where they wed happened to be the childhood church of the bride!
{North Carolina} A Timeless Wedding by Graham Terhune Photography
We have a beyond amazing North Carolina wedding to share with y’all today. Since we’ve been doing this for a while now, I {Amy here} can confess that I have a list of photographers I adore. I really just love them. And to me, featuring even a snippet of their work is always a dream come true. If put to paper, it would likely end up being a ridiculously long list… I always keep finding more amazing people all over the South. But when a wedding from Graham Terhune Photography landed in our inbox, my heart did a double back flip. I hope y’all enjoy this wedding as much as we have!
From Graham Terhune Photography: “Kendall and Josh were married on a beautiful Saturday in early March. They were surrounded by so many of the family members and friends who were delighted to show their support as Kendall and Josh entered into the most sacred covenant with one another. When we spoke with Kendall and Josh before their wedding day, we asked them to describe the three most important elements to shine in their wedding photographs. Their response: their mutual love for Christ, their love for one another, and their love for their friends and family. The details of the wedding were traditional and lovely, but the loveliest detail of all is the genuine love between two best friends who became husband and wife.” Congratulations, Kendall and Josh!
{North Carolina} A Southern Fête by Anna Routh Photography
Anna Routh Photography brightens our afternoon with this oh so pretty North Carolina wedding day. The ceremony, held at The Atrium in Wilmington, gives us that sweet “garden wedding” vibe we’re craving this season, while never straying far from its Southern roots. From the bride’s awe-inspiring Rivini gown to the pale pink roses of her bouquet, this precious wedding is a little bit vintage, a little bit classic, and totally lovely and just our style; they served cupcakes at the reception, y’all! Congratulations to Jamie and Clint for rocking a spectacular wedding day! Jamie, you’re an incredible and gorgeous bride!
