{Tennessee} A Rustic Southern Wedding by KLP Photography
What a sweet, sweet southern wedding we have for y’all today! Kristin at KLP Photography did an amazing job at capturing the rustic, the pretty, the vintage, and one of the most epic and just gosh darn incredible first looks we’ve ever seen! Y’all absolutely can’t miss this. From the bride’s cameo necklace to the patchwork wedding day quilt and vintage truck, this is a wedding every southern gal {and guy — the groom even wore his camo hat!} will admire.
{Tennessee} A Southern Military Wedding by KLP Photography
Happy Wednesday, y’all! We are so honored to share this gorgeous military wedding from KLP Photography, one of our preferred Tennessee wedding photographers. There’s a certain ethereal quality to her photographs that we love so much. And Jeannie and Chris, the bride and groom, are just too stunning for words.
Jeannie and Chris appear so genuinely in love, and have such a beautiful family, that we know they must be awesome as husband and wife. The Fillauer Lake House served as the perfect backdrop for all the autumn inspiration, and the hues of gold, orange, and red suited the wedding day perfectly. We love the pumpkins, the orange daisies, and we especially love the historic barn on the property. What perfect rustic inspiration for this southern fête!
{Tennessee} Historic Cedarwood Wedding by Ace Photography
Micah’s wedding day story is nothing short of a real life miracle. We always love a bride who chooses Historic Cedarwood as her wedding venue because, well, it has to be one of the prettiest places we can think of. But Micah’s inspirational story of courage, triumph, and love {read it here} shines a new light on what’s really important about your wedding day and marrying your groom. “Let nothing come between a bride and her wedding day,” she says.
A nearly fatal car wreck three weeks before her wedding day crushed Micah’s foot in eighteen places, and the injury required extensive surgical repair. Not to be swayed, Micah married Jerry, her now husband, as scheduled. We don’t think a boot can take away from a loveliness that brilliant, y’all, and we think this bride might be braver than a lot of us.
{Tennessee} A Pretty Pink Wedding by Jessie Holloway Photography
Today’s sweet, vintage-inspired Tennessee wedding from Jessie Holloway Photography has us swooning. The bride wore a beautifully ruffled wedding gown, and her bridesmaids dressed in pale pink. Sara’s new husband wore a pink bow tie, and their first look together is the stuff of southern magic. We especially love Sara’s golden ballet flats. This gorgeous pink wedding has us blissfully inspired today, y’all.
{Tennessee} A Southern Farm Wedding by jHenderson Studios
We have a Tennessee wedding stunner for y’all from jHenderson Studios this afternoon. From the big red barn in the distance, to the cowgirl boots and the bride’s to die for Lazaro wedding gown, this wedding is absolutely lovely. The burlap, white blooms, and rich purple hues created a perfect southern environment for Bill and Lindsey’s wedding day. To honor Bill’s legal career, the groom’s cake was designed to resemble a stack of law books. And at the end of the night, the bride and groom celebrated with fireworks. From Lindsey, the bride: “We based the style of our wedding on the simple, rustic aesthetic associated with the vineyards of wine country, but replaced core elements with southern staples like burlap, mason jars, and traditional southern food to reflect our southern roots.” Congratulations, Bill and Lindsey!
