{South Carolina} Charleston Wedding at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens
We have an incredibly wonderful lowcountry wedding from Richard Bell Photography to share with y’all today! Mell Bell let us in on a few of the snazzy details of Mariah and Tom’s Charleston wedding day: “They are both golfers who fell in love with the Charleston area one golfing trip together. Guests traveled from all over the world, including New York City and Australia, to be with these two to celebrate their day. Mariah and Tom chose chic Charleston lamp posts as their place cards, and had lanterns throughout the ceremony and reception locations. Favors were a cute treat bag filled with the necessary ingredients for s’mores, with which guests could create their own over the fire pit behind the Carriage House at Magnolia Plantation.”
{South Carolina} An Intimate Folly Beach Wedding by Carolina Photosmith
We are crushing on this intimate Folly Beach wedding. From the abundance of florals in pink, coral, blue, and lavender hues, to the oceanfront ceremony location and wedding cake decorated with adorable edible seashells… And some of our favorite Charleston wedding vendors helped to make this coastal wedding such a success, like Carolina Photosmith and Charleston Florist.
{South Carolina} A Sweet Southern Wedding with Major School Spirit
Happy Thursday, y’all! Who’s already ready for the weekend? We’re bringing out another sweet wedding from Meet The Burks today. This one, with hues of peach, coral, and pink, is showcasing serious amounts of school pride. It’s Furman vs. Clemson at this wedding, and to be honest with y’all, we think both schools rocked it. The wedding had a little bit of everything we love about the South, from mason jars filled with sweet tea to cornhole and even an honest to goodness school mascot. Then there’s more we love, like the framed heirloom wedding photos, the five tier wedding cake with lacy detail, and the fact they offered classic bottles of Cheerwine at the reception!
{South Carolina} South Carolina Aquarium Wedding by Richard Bell Photography
We are pleased as punch to share this Charleston wedding from Richard Bell Photography with y’all today. The South Carolina Aquarium was the perfect backdrop for their day of celebration. Classic Lowcountry touches, like colorful flowers in mason jars and a timeless wedding gown, were mingled with fun elements, like cupcakes inspired by the fishes and a zombie-fighting wedding cake. Yes, we’re serious about that cake, and it’s pretty awesome.
{South Carolina} A Wedding at The Pavilion at Pepper Plantation
We are so excited to share our very first wedding at The Pavilion at Pepper Plantation with y’all! Charleston brides will adore this sweet wedding. Catering was traditional Southern foods and a wedding cake decorated with a peacock feather motif. The outdoor ceremony was on a gorgeous day, and bridesmaids in persimmon dresses carried bouquets of white flowers.
